Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy: 

• If you have received a product and you would like a different size please email albu.ursa@gmail.com with your order number and full name
• We will try our best to exchange your product however due to limited stock we may not have your preferred product and size available 
• Product must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase 
• Exchanged items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged) 

 

Return Policy:

• We understand that you may change your mind. In this case we can offer an exchange or store credit
• Store credit will be issued once the product is received by Lokal Lane and is deemed in original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged) 
• Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase 
• Store credit will be equal to purchase price excluding shipping cost
• Return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer
• Please email albu.ursa@gmail.com with your order number and full name and we will process your return
  
  

Faulty Product Policy:

• If you have received a faulty product please email albu.ursa@gmail.com with your order number and full name 
• Faulty product must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Once Lokal Lane has received the faulty product, it will be assessed to identify the fault and if deemed faulty the cost will be reimbursed to customer  
• Return shipping cost will be reimbursed to customer
